Establishment history
The institute was established in 1999 to develop a skilled workforce for the hospitality and tourism sectors by providing specialized education and training in Upper Egypt region, like hotel management, tour guiding, and tourism studies. The institute also research to address industry challenges, promote sustainable tourism practices and contribute to the economic development and preservation of cultural and historic heritage.
